Yeah, you can. It'll also be available online at an undisclosed time.

Welcome!
The syllabus and supplementary reading materials for this course are now available in the Copy Center; an electronic version of the syllabus should soon be available on the Blackboard system.
Hence the undisclosed time.

Anyone interested in exchanging some exams from your exam bank? PM me, I'd be happy to reciprocate if you need some extra example exams

1 week in, and I am enjoying FSU and law school. Only thing that is stressing me out is Atkinson (i have him for property). I have no idea what to expect from him.

Perhaps you can get better answers in 5-6 more weeks when we'll be in the middle of the semester. It's too early to tell just after 1 week, in my opinion.

Don't be stressed out about it. I don't even think Atkinson knows what he wants yet.

For those of you that have torts with Pollard-Sacks: my torts book went missing after class :( If you know anything about its whereabouts, please message me (I sit in the back corner furthest from the door).

Your first mistake is that you have attempted to determine what one might expect from Rob Atkinson. This, you will find, is a futile exercise. My best recommendation is that you read the material, attend class, listen to (and participate in) the discussion, and enjoy the class. We had a lot of fun last year, and I hope you all do the same (Rob Atkinson included). No need to stress.

Thanks for the advice Lily. I think my nerves are finally starting to calm down. Class today was particularly fun
