Low first semester GPA

My first semester of college I had a 2.0 GPA so I transferred and I switched my major to accounting and have a 3.52. I will be applying to law schools ranked between 20 and 35. Do I have a realistic chances of admissions if my LSAT is 165? By the way my first semester brings my cumulative GPA from the 3.52 to a lowly 3.1. Will law schools take into consideration that I had a bad first semester and not hold it against me?
