Hey all,
I was hoping some of you would be able to direct me to or post some information on the general business model of sole practitionerships, including hours worked, advertising budget, admin expenses, whatever functions are outsourced, etc. I realize this is sensitive information, so please feel free to mask it in an way you see fit - may I reccomend cutting of the 000's, changing the business/individual names and giving and fixed costs as well as contribution margin in isolation from other company info.
If an actual, practicing sole practitioner wanted to post that would be great, otherwise outside resources are always appreciated.
I am sure that this question is not specific enough to be really useful in that I don't know what area of law I want to practice in, but any info would be great.
I am especially interested in negotiations as it pertains to entertainment, IP, trademarks/copyrights and inventing in general as well as the area where academia and business merge and corporate law - so any inside info on those whatsoever (even not pertaining to financials) would be great!
