Are you talking about CASA attorneys or are you talking about AUSAs.

Federal government jobs: Very, very tough (Especially DOJ)
State government jobs: Usually tough, but unevenly distributed (some states have hiring freezes, others don't)
Federal clerkships: Insane-o tough
State clerkships: Moderately tough
