Any word on callbacks/offers?

I got a call saying they were still considering me two days after screening interview. Ding letter about a week ago.

that's just plain weird for them to do that.

They did a super saturday, last saturday. They interviewed about 60 people on callbacks. I have not heard of any offers following that.

do you know how many super saturdays they are having? and are they doing CBs outside of that too?

No idea as to other super saturdays. I know they at least offered to do callbacks on other days, but I have no idea how many people they actually scheduled that way. They are planning on taking 25 SAs next summer

that's a pretty good sized SA program. it's not much smaller than last years.

My impression is they're doing pretty well.

Last year they had 35, but I think they were oversubsribed. So it this might be the same target as last year, or just a little lower.

if they are targeting 25 summers, I think they'd need to do much more than 60 callbacks. even if they offer 50 of the 60 they cbs for super saturday, i don't think half of them would accept, even ITE. my guess would be that they have another 40 or so callbacks scheduled outside of super saturday. but perhaps their "first choice" candidates are the super saturday ones.

I was there on Saturday as well, but haven't heard anything either. It does seem like a great place to work.

school? would you say it's mostly T6 students there?

I don't think so. Obviously there were a fair amount there but there were people from other schools as well.

Neither myself nor another that was there.

I have/had a CB with them...but wasn't invited to Super Saturday.

was not at super saturday. actually have no idea what that even is --

but, interviews were great. really enjoyed the firm, and they were very nice when extending the offer. i'm very impressed with everything about them.

to those who have done callbacks/have offers:

share your opinions on the firm atmosphere, attorneys, work, etc.

have offer, and strongly considering because i've really enjoyed dealing with them/meeting with my interviewers. interested to hear what others have thought.

anyone who did callbacks this week (9/21-9/25) received offers yet?

has anyone received a post-callback DING from Hughes Hubbard yet?
