How hard is it to find a job in constitutional law in the Sacramento region? I'm interested in this area of law but not sure what the job market is like.

Some firms (I'm only familiar with a few Seattle ones) have appellate litigation practices, which frequently, though not always, deal with constitutional issues. Usually, though, these are challenging state statutes under a state constitution. I have heard of firms with First Amendment practices, but I don't know enough to give you names.

At this point, I'm more worried about unconstitutional law jobs, like those violating the 13th.
