Now: No-offering an entire office! (LinkRemoved)

A Little Earlier: Rescinding offers made during 2L OCI, AFTER incoming associates graduated from law school. (LinkRemoved)

ATL Search: fish and richardson (LinkRemoved)

Don't waste the $0.50 to print out a resume for these no-class ass clowns.

Well, in their defense, they did win the ATL best summer associate event. An outing to an all female roller derby. Let the good times roll.

Read the rules bro, you have to be "revealing sensitive employment related information about a firm, job, clerkship" or responding on-topic (like, hey that happened to me too.)

Isn't the majority of their business in patent law? This ATL article (LinkRemoved) seems to point at them effing over their first years-to-be in the patent group:
F&R made its decision of which 3Ls to cut and which to deffer by weighing a 3L's technical expertise and the firm's staffing needs in individual offices, not because of summer performance

I wonder if what's happening there is what happened to Heller - an unexpected number of litigation matters settling within a short period of time. Either that or people don't want to pay $500/hr anymore for patent prosecution.

Many prosecution cases are based on a flat-fee schedule anyway...
