Greetings everyone. I am looking for a NYS Bar certified lawyer who is interested in partnering 50/50 with me to build a company from the ground up. I am looking for someone who just recently passed the bar exam and would be interested in pursuing an entrepreneurial venture instead of joining a law firm.
