I litigate against V10 firms all the time and I've often wondered why their clients don't recognize this. But now it's confirmed.

It's not Brad Karp's job to blow up the business over something clients don't care very much about. As it stands, he basically has a tax write off for telling associates to work pro bono on Veteran's Appeals.
