Conflicts check for firm - clerk - firm?

I practiced at a firm for a few years. Soon wrapping up a 2-year period of clerking and returning to private practice (but at a different firm). Do I need to provide my new firm with matters I worked on at my old firm, even though I left over two years ago?

My chambers/district/circuit has pretty well-defined policies on transitioning from clerking to private practice, so all set on that front.

TIA!

More than likely they’ll ask for anywhere from a 3-5 year look back period which would cover your previous firm matters!
