DPW (SV) vs. Skadden (SV) vs. Latham (SF)

Interested in General Corporate, so ideally both cap markets and public M&A. I'm not too interested in EC/VC work and have no strong preference between SF and SV. Is there a large difference in these firms in terms of exit opps? I know DPW is a corporate powerhouse in NYC but not as sure about how they're seen by others in California.
If they're all seen as pretty similar I will likely go with the firm I felt most comfortable with in callbacks, visits etc.
