Sec Reg for Litigation?

I've heard sec reg is useful for corporate folks. I'm a rising 3L doing white collar work/civil lit at a securities-heavy firm with hopes of eventually spinning off as an AUSA or SEC/CFTC trial lawyer. To what extent would sec reg be a useful class to take (even if just to understand the financial content of cases better)? Alternatively, are there other corporate law classes that would be more helpful?
