Anyone know anything about the culture, hours, etc for Willkie DC’s lit team, esp white collar?

The DC office generally has a good culture. Many of the partners are great to work with, and you'll pretty quickly hear about the ones who aren't. Associates are nice and it's a small office so you'll know everyone even if you don't work with them. The office clears out by 6 PM, if not earlier, because a lot of people have kids.

That’s helpful! Do you happen to know what the hours are like? (1800-2000, 2000-2200, 2200+)

I had a screener with the firm. (Didn't get an offer) But the partner emphasized more than once that it was NOT a lifestyle firm and that associates should be prepared to put in a lot of hours. He did not give a set hours requirement,
