Hi all—just looking for any intel about Jones Day Cleveland, if it’s out there. I’m a midlevel and am weighing attempting a lateral from DC back to the Cleveland market to be closer to family. My understanding is that all firms in Cleveland are black box after your first year, but haven’t been able to get any info on how far behind Jones Day pays there and would appreciate any insight.
