Remote friendly firms and offices

I am trying to crowd source what firms, offices, and groups are remote friendly. Basically every firm is now officially RTO aside from Quinn, but the practice on the ground often depends per office and group. So was wondering if others here want to chime in on this?
Background for me personally, as to why I want to find out, is that my husband is dealing with some issues and can’t really be at home alone. My firm is fine with it for now but the push is getting very hard to come in at least 2 days, which probably won’t work for me.
Freshfields (NY) - from what I can tell 2-3 days office attendance required.

I know Skadden is 4 days in the office.

A reasonable firm would allow you a special arrangement, regardless of their formal RTO policy. I'm sorry this is happening.

As of April of 2023, someone posted that Morgan Lewis is just two days a week in office.
Not there, so can't confirm if that's still the case.

Sorry to hear that. I've heard Gibson Dunn may be flexible. Otherwise I think it may just be Quinn.
FWIW I agree with the other posters saying that whatever firm you're at should accommodate you at least temporarily while you're dealing with this family situation. If they won't, I'd be looking to lateral ASAP...

My prediction is that most of the V100 will be back to 4 days in the office by the end of 2024.

I'm in a California office of a California firm (not HQ though) and we're nominally 3 days/week but nobody seems to give a shit. I go in 1-2 days/week and people are fully remote for weeks visiting family. Hard to see a sea change too immediately.

Shockingly S&C has been v flexible and reviews have been good even if you're not coming in that much.

Winston & Strawn has still been flexible. They have tried to encourage ppl back to the office, but haven't mandated it yet.

There have been many threads about this over the past few months. Search them up for a full list. For conservatives: Consovoy, C&K, Lehotsky, Clement & Murphy. For liberals: Reichman, Stris & Maher, some plaintiff places.
