Relatively new to the Tampa legal market, came from CA big law. Was wondering if a round of raises is likely anytime soon.

How closely have raises here historically followed raises to Cravath scale? I imagine the two aren’t super closely related given it’s only HK here paying true market. Thoughts?

HK doesn't pay market in Tampa (in base or bonuses), but H&K and Foley are the top for compensation. No idea if raises are on the horizon.
