It's annual enrollment time once again, and I was curious about what kind of healthcare insurance was offered at your firms for associates.

Mine has a ~$200/month premium for even the HDHP for just myself, no HSA contibution, and the numbers get quite up there for PPO with dependents.

Any really great benefits out there? HSA contributions? No premium with low deductible PPOs, or is it mostly standard across the industry?

On my firm's HDHP plan, the firm contributes up to $800 (individual) or $1600 (family) to your HSA. You can obviously max it out using your own money on top of that.

My firm has HDHP with $3500 family deductible. Premiums depend on income, but for 4th year+ associate it’s $1800/month (family). Firm contributes $2000/year for HSA (family).

HDHP, $5k deductible and $2k annual HSA contribution (for a family), firm covers 100% of the premiums. Boutique, not biglaw.
