Hours this year?

The market has been extremely slow since June. I'm probably not getting bonus if I don't work 300 hours a month for the next three months. How is everyone doing? I'm a junior in the capital markets group of a v10 NY office. Definitely the worst year since I started two years ago. Has anyone heard of any v10 laying off people recently? I'm a bit worried about my job security.

V20 capital markets junior here. Was surprisingly busy over the summer, but work has fallen off a cliff since ~labor day. Think I'll settle around 1750-1800 on the year.

Senior associate, construction (transactional). Annualizing 2200, hopefully will end juuuuust above 2150. Not a crazy year, but extremely up and down. Low month ~130 (vacation), high month ~250.

Capital markets, 4th year. It's definitely busier than last year, especially the last few months with markets picking up and dabbling in IPOs again. 2022 was extremely quiet. Think this year I'll end up around 1,600 hours.

600 client and 250 pro bono lol, currently billing like 20 hours a month, not sure if I'll even hit 1000 including pro bono. Billed 1000 last year too.

450 hours to hit bonus (1950 minimum firm) as a rising fourth year cap markets/34 act associate (primarily)

1400 billable so far, have maxed out my firm's citizenship cap and can't seem to get myself staffed on reliable pro bono, but have a couple of very active deals and client's that i am hoping will cause me the pain i need to hit 1950. It will be very close...

Does your firm has a requirement? Sounds like a dream job (if you can just keep billing 1,000 and not lose your job).

Mid-level lit associate; 2280 billable hours in the past 12 months, plus ~50 hours of marketing / recruiting / other non-billable stuff.
