REMOTE FRIENDLY CJA APPEALS PANELS

I live out of state due to family commitments, limiting my practice to federal law. I'm already admitted to a few federal appeals (CJA Panels) that allow non-residents, and attendance is only required for occasional oral arguments.

Does anyone know of federal courts with CJA panels that don't require in-state residency? (Though the residency requirement may be unconstitutional, it's enforced by some courts.)

Additionally, if the court doesn't demand local sponsors who are already admitted, that would be a plus. Finding such sponsors as an out-of-state attorney is very challenging.

If you're aware of federal courts with accessible appeals panels, please share their names. Given the need for these positions, it's surprising that there isn't a database with this information.

I've heard that some out of WA allow remote. Haven't heard of any others.

Only the Third Circuit explicitly requires a local residence. The First, Second, and Seventh require a local "office." Why wouldn't a WeWork "office" qualify?
