Got all my grades back and suffice to say it went poorly and am unsure what to do. I go to a lower t14 MVNB and am aiming for corp work in NYC. I have strong ties and wanted to know what my chances are for biglaw as I'm freaking out.

No one can tell you your chances, as the economy is in a much different place than the last couple OCIs.

That being said, some things you can do:

1. Bid almost entirely NYC +market where you have local ties.
2. Focus on the the firms that combine less selective with decently large class sizes (it doesn't help you much if a firm has given a few offers to 3.2 students before if they only have a class of 4 people). Off the top of my head/fully admitting it's been a long time since I've looked at this stuff, think Jones Day, Greenberg, SRZ Cadwalader, Proskauer, maybe Paul Hastings, Cahill or A&O. Probably bid like Willkie or Fried Frank high as well. You need to bid in a way that makes absolutely sure you're getting interviews with these types of firms.
3. Start reaching out to alums at the type of firms in #2 above and learn about them, what they're good at, etc. When you do screeners, mention chatting with said alums and how it made you more your interested.
4. Practice interviewing a ton. Then practice more.

I had that GPA after 1L and went to one of the schools you mentioned. Feel free to DM me and can talk about it. I was very anti-NYC and that was a mistake on my end. I ended up grabbing an SA on my own after hustling during OCI. It wasn't easy. I can tell you, forget about the popular firms, you need to focus on realistic outcomes, and even look into secondary markets where you might have a connection (I got offers in secondary markets where I didn't have strong ties but I talked about my interest in moving there)
