Fully Remote at Williams & Connolly?

Has anyone heard of any Associates working out a fully remote situation at Williams & Connolly? Or near-fully remote?

No. They didn't just drop a ton of money on their new Wharf office to have you be remote.

I do think they’re flexible with WFH (No in-office minimum days per week that I’m aware of), but I can’t see how their trial focus and small-closeknit-team, grow-from-within ethos would possibly work with fully remote. Also they really focus on people who want to be in DC and value DC ties, so I know they probably wouldn’t be interested in someone who wanted to be fully remote because they don’t want to live in DC.
