Can only speak to EIP timeline but it took 3 business days (Th -> Tues) to go from callback to offer
IIRC, student speculation was that their timelines insinuated that the hiring committee met on Fridays. Not sure if that bit is relevant outside 2L recruiting since its less formalized for 3L

Did you cold email them or was this a school job posting? They posted some weird "specialized attorney" positions on my law school's job site (offering up to $160K), which I'm assuming you're not going for.
