Top Law Schools

Any one have any insight on this firm on culture/comp./hours? Looking at the firm bios it appears to be a mix of ex-big law and others who never worked big law, so hard to get a sense of whether its a big law-esque "boutique" or just a "small firm." I have heard there is a great culture/hours are reasonable but not much else. Anon because there is an open position there I am considering applying for.
