2L summer at DOJ/similar govt -> federal clerk -> big law/litigation boutique
How feasible is this without 2L SA? Is it pretty feasible or a major uphill battle? Would most go into government instead?

Very feasible if you have the typical clerkship credentials.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Sat Nov 19, 2022 10:48 pm2L summer at DOJ/similar govt -> federal clerk -> big law/litigation boutique

I'd think it depends on why you didn't do a 2L SA -- is it because you didn't want to or you tried and didn't get one? If the former, very feasible. If the latter, probably also doable, especially with a well-regarded clerkship, but you should think about what happened in interviews etc. that led to no SA so you don't repeat the same mistakes.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Sat Nov 19, 2022 10:48 pm2L summer at DOJ/similar govt -> federal clerk -> big law/litigation boutique
