They are very good lawyers but very toxic. Culture is similar to a White & Case or SRZ.

Worked across them once. Ira is a total a-hole and is neither on top of his own shit or on top of the deal. He barely reads his own emails to realize what he says makes jack shit sense 90% of the time.
