Hello, any advice for associates at a satellite office who want to make connections and develop working relationships with partners and associates in the HQ office? From my understanding, any hopes of advancing in firm requires support from HQ partners, but not sure how to really approach networking. I was thinking of sending cold emails or emailing after virtual events, but I don't want to commit any social faux pas. Appreciate any advice! As someone that comes from a family that has no connections in law, reading TLS threads has been surprisingly helpful. So thank you all!
