DPW DC?

Thinking of taking an offer from DPW DC. Interested in antitrust & white collar, so I think the office could be a natural fit given that the office basically only does civil lit, antitrust, white collar, and some national security. Concerned about the fact that it only has 35 attorneys, but one partner told me it'll grow by net ~10-15 over the next few years, and I've heard elsewhere that it is relatively self-sufficient and creates a significant portion of its own business. I also had a great time talking with the people there.

Just wondering if there's anything I'm missing in my consideration.

Used to work in the DPW DC office before leaving for gov't. It's a fantastic place to work. The office is growing at a pretty rapid pace -- so much so that the firm just bought more space in the building to meet the demands of the growth. All of the cases I worked on there were staffed by DC partners/counsel. DPW is very much "one firm" across offices, so you're going to have some cross-staffing between offices, but I imagine most (if not all) of the cases you're on will be DC-led. And if you look at the white collar and antitrust partners in DC, you'll see they're all heavy hitters in addition to being great people - which it sounds like you got a sense of through your conversations with the attorneys. I've got nothing but positive things to say about the office, the people who work there, and the work itself. Let me know if it would be helpful to PM and talk more.
