Cleary return to office

I’m sure this is somewhere on here, but anyone know Cleary’s return to office policy? Three days? Any mention of future 5 day weeks?

I was a summer associate this past summer in NYC. The associates told me they're highly encouraged to come into the office Tuesday-Thursday, but it's not a "rule" and there were many associates on my floor whose offices were empty throughout. Cleary's cafeteria was free for breakfast and lunch, and we also had a free coffee bar (kinda like an internal Starbucks) to draw people in while I was a summer (not sure if that is still the case). Some associates came in for the summer associate lunches. The office was very very empty on Mondays—and virtually no one in on Fridays—during my summer.

Cleary's policy for all the US offices is that everyone is required to be in the office 3 days a week, with Wednesday and Thursday being required and the third can be whatever other day you'd like.
