Do you really want to do plaintiff side IPL? If you're not 100% sure I would pick Desmarais, which does a bit of both. Desmarais comp is way better than almost everywhere else, so unless you vibed better with Quinn (read: I want to wear sandals to work) there's really no reason to pick them over Desmarais.
