For GCL, PW has a greater range and depth of work and arguably the better reputation. Antitrust/securities, DPW arguably has the edge. For WC/AUSA, they're literally the same firm. The cultures are very different, so that should likely hinge your decision, or perhaps other factors like DPW's presence in Asia, PW's stronger DC appellate practice, etc.
