At a T-25, got a callback, but saw that they exclusively hired from the T-14 last year. Want to ensure I don't get my hopes up for a negligible shot at an offer.

They wouldn't give you a callback (and waste the billable time of their attorneys) if there was no chance of you getting an offer. Go into it with confidence and what happens happens
