Anyone have any insight into how firms consider students grades?? The career services spreadsheet is only really helpful for firms’ popularity. What is the grade profile you need to feel confident about litigation in the bay for firms like Gibson, Latham, etc.

No idea, but I think I did well so I would love to know what firms are a reach for me. Interested in both litigation and transactional either SF/LA or DC. I got 2 Ps, 4 Hs and 2 HHs including a jurisprudence award.

Recent alum. With those grades, grades aren't going to be the limiting factor for you, especially transactional, barring mayybe WLRK (which, based on your geographic preference, is probably irrelevant anyway). Top lit boutiques like Susman or Keker will obviously be more competitive, but again, your grades are great. That said, try to have at least a preference on litigation vs transactional so that you can bid strategically.
