Hi. Looking to move back to NYC this October.
How is the lateral market now? Especially for senior associate counsel level laterals....
Read articles about US biglaws firing associates.
Also if I want to start in October ish when should I start applying? Is now too early? (Can't start before Oct)

Practice group? Class year? Credentials? Are you good at your job and at interviewing? Could be easy as pie or a major grind depending on your answers
