What would they be? Hearing rumors my firm may do this.

Are we talking 100% in person or hybrid? If the latter, then little reputational consequence.

I doubt there would be much of a consequence giving the slowdown in the lateral market. At this point, firm's reputation consequences would be much more likely to come from stealthing/public layoffs.

Positive, in my book. In coming to a firm, I want people around who I can develop relationships with, ask questions of, etc. A firm that takes that seriously is one I'm more interested in.
