NY EC/VC Practices?

Most of the information on TLS is old, so thought I would ask again.

What's the state of the NY EC/VC practice areas? Is Gunderson still the dominant player? Has Fenwick gotten its act together? What's Cooley/Goodwin up to?

Is the NY market still fintech focused? I know several non-fintech startups who left the Bay for NY, but IIRC they're all using SV-based counsel.

A bit anecdotal, but I think it's the same main firms in NY as it is in CA, with WSGR maybe having a slightly better reputation out here in CA than in NY. Cooley and Fenwick have both grown a lot there recently. NY tech started more media and fintech focused but I think has broadened a bit over the years, too.

Think it basically goes:

First tier - Cooley/Gunderson
Second - Fenwick/Goodwin
Third - WSGR, Lowenstein, others
