Mostly former big law ppl doing VC and small fund work and PE M&A along with some litigation. Pay is less than market but if you're a high biller you can end up making over market. Growing fast, 2 years ago they had less than 20 attys and now I think they have like 80

Are they doing real ECVC stuff?

Not sure re billables. Have been across from them an ECVC type matter so I think they are doing a fair bit of it. A number of former Sidley, Wilmer, DPW, etc., people.
