Product Counsel: What are the hours like in-house?

It seems to me that the hours would be predictable, but I've learned not to estimate the legal professions ability to infuse extra stress out of thin air. I'd love to hear from folks who are in the know.

Been product counsel now at a couple of different places. In the smaller place, it was crazy busy because you're wearing multiple hats and there are less resources, so everything falls to you. In larger companies, pretty good WLB for the most part except during select times (product launches, etc).
