Men's suit recs?

With the onset of RTO, I've realized I probably need to update my wardrobe with several new suits (put on a few lbs, unfortunately). It's been a while since I've shopped for suits, and I'm wondering whether folks have any recommendations for suits that fit the following criteria: look reasonably nice and are reasonably priced. In essence, I'm willing to pay more than Jos A. Banks prices, but I'm not looking to pay top dollar for the high end Italian brands (I'd probably draw the line right around Hugo Boss, if that's helpful).

As an aside, I've heard good things about Suit Supply, but I've never tried them out.

An recommendations would be much appreciated!

Suit Supply is good, but if you want the best bargain for a good quality suit, go with Spier & MacKay. On sale you can pick up great suits in the $300s (or even lower for basic options), and they have a good mix of colors/fabrics/styles. It's all through the mail (assuming you're in US), but you get free returns on your first order so you can try their sizing. My only criticism is their lapels may be a bit large for some.

I've always liked SuitSupply and have many suits and sport coats/jackets from them. Their MTM is solid but so is stuff off the rack because they can tailor things pretty extensively and IMO have way better tailors relative to a place like JAB.

Edit - Personally I find it to be more of a hassle to deal with a company that creates a suit online for you (even those purporting to be custom) because the sizing is never quite right IMO unless the tailor altering the item has seen it on your body.

Decent, but they do not hold up. My indochino from 5+ years ago looks tired, and I only wear it for interviews, court, weddings, etc. (which don't come around often). I'd pick Spier & MacKay over Indochino any day, even if the Indochino has a better fit for me.

I get my suits from Ralph Lauren Black Label or Purple Label on eBay. Superb quality, well-fitted, and decently priced.

I'll third on Spier & Maccay, and also add that (wherever it's from), $300 with $100 tailoring is going to look 10x better than a $400 something from Macys/Nordstrom/etc.
