Jackson Walker/Baker Donelson or Littler Mendelson/Jackson Lewis

Hi all,
I've got an offer from Jackson Walker/ Baker Donelson and Littler Mendelson/ Jackson Lewis. I'd rather not fully disclose as I may be identifiable.
I'll be lateraling in as a junior, if I go to the full service shops, it'll be for Lit; and obviously the L&E shops would be that.
I don't have a ton of xp in L&E, but the little I do have has been my favorite work.
I'm not sure where to go- the pay is higher at the full service shop offering me, but so are the hours (albeit, not by a ton). And I'd be doing commercial lit, with a chance to do some L&E.
At the L&E shops, it's lower pay (but still really good pay), and better hours- it is also significantly smaller office, which I think is nice for mentorship potentially and longevity? I also think there's a higher chance of making partner, but i'm in a smaller market, so that could be true of the full service shop too.
Any insight? I'm thinking of maybe doing the full service shop and then jumping to L&E later if I want to, but afraid I'll be too senior by then.
I'll be coming in as a second year. Thanks all!
Pay difference is about 20k btw, so not significant, but not nothing either.
