Any insight into these two firms?

Looking at going into them in a smaller market (like OKC/KC/NOLA)- anyone know about salaries, billable reqs., work life balance, raises?
Is one easier to make partner in?
I realize they pay below market, but the market I'm interested in going to does not have any market paying firms and I'm very interested in going into L&E. Thanks all.

These firms are very very similar. Littler is more well-known and I'd bet pays a bit more. In my secondary market, these firms start at like 130.
