Nothing? This is a pretty anodyne video.
I guess they might question my judgment for posting on TikTok at all (in fairness that applies to posting to TLS too), but that's about it.

This constitutes pro-big law propaganda so they would probably approve of it.

That's just painfully cringe. I mean what more can you do to punish them.

There are so many cringe Biglaw TikTok accounts, but this one is pretty meh and normal?

Hah, I think there is indeed nothing wrong with this, just a bit cringey. Plus, let's face it, most partners are not on TikTok.
I have actually thought about setting up a website and a YouTube full of honest and sometimes unethical tips (how to coast in biglaw, how to invest money if you're planning to dip in a few years out of biglaw, how to do law school right, talking about how toxic law students and lawyers can be, how to game professors, how to get into the best law schools, etc.), which I think might be a lot more inflammatory. So sadly enough I'm probably going to do it under a pen name.

Who cares? This is almost as bad as the insecure V10 thread. Just let this woman live her life.

Yeah. OP's post is dripping with jealous person who follows this girl's posts and wants to harm her life/career over literally nothing.

Probably ask me to teach how to do the dance. He's literally a frat bro, wears khakis and polos every day and stays until the end of each happy hour to hear (and tell) the drunk gossip

My favorite biglaw Tiktokers are the ones who document their billing fraud for the world to see, like this one:
https://www.tiktok.com/@cecexie/video/6 ... _webapp=v1
Squeezing 10.7 billables out of an 11.5 hour day that includes a subway roundtrip from Brooklyn to midtown and diamond shopping is downright impressive.

I’m only familiar with one biglaw tiktok account (a pretty popular one) - the creator is a litigation associate in New York. I can’t remember her name. She’s Asian-American. Wonder if we are talking about the same person.
