Hey all, I currently practice Lit in the heartland for a midsized firm; I have some ability to expand and do a bit more just due to the nature of the firm- I'm trying to get into employment law and don't really know where to start. Anyone have any good podcast recommendations, books, or tips for starting to do more work in the area?

Find out what exactly your firm well in the employment space. Whether non-compete/trade secret work, wage/hour, or single-plaintiff... then do some research on those areas. read pleadings from cases and MSJ motion practice.
