Like many of Latham's policies, it's "use your judgment". I typically spent around $40 pre-pandemic. No meal reimbursement for WFH and haven't been in since the pandemic.

It’s “around $50” but you have to bill 10 hours to get it. Can order food at home if you hit the hours.

35 in the office past 8 though with no hours requirement. 50/10 hours is just if you want to order at home.

The billing requirement is ridiculous. Most firms require hours but they don't have to be billed.

At least at my firm, there’s a big difference between official policy and what you are actually allowed to expense. They’re not going to worry about an extra $10-20 dollars, unless there are other factors at play (e.g., you’re being unreasonable).

If you order from home, it's considered taxable income. So it's really not that much.

PW's seems kinda ridiculous. 10 hours??! Just lower the dollar amount to like $35, which is plenty for a good weekday dinner, and correspondingly lower the hours amount to a more humane level. Jesus.
