Currently a 3L, and I cannot find any info on what Sandberg Phoenix (STL firm) pays and how their bonus structure works. Any help or opinions on the firm is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: STL BIGLAW QUESTION
I used to work there a few years back. Very below the STL market for biglaw at the time (by like $40k on base comp). I'm not sure if that's changed. I did think the culture there was fantastic and the people are awesome. It has the small firm, family feel with biglaw resources. Trade-off is (or at least used to be) salary.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Thu Jan 27, 2022 12:31 pmCurrently a 3L, and I cannot find any info on what Sandberg Phoenix (STL firm) pays and how their bonus structure works.
