Lateral sign on data points
Would like to lateral and get a good sign-on bonus. What can a 4th year corporate (m and a / c mkt) associate get in the current market in the major markets. Non-KE please.

Re: Lateral sign on data points
This poll has some problems. I'd scrap this and try again.
1) You need to create continuous buckets for voting options--no gaps.
2) You should try to make the buckets approximately equal--75k-99k; 100k-124k; etc.
3) You need to make sure you have an option for lower than 60k or whatever is your penultimate bucket--otherwise you're skewing the results because people who got less won't vote.
