May not be anybody in MS on this forum, but I figure this might be a useful thread topic if anybody has any information, even second and third hand.

I think Butler and Baker are the top of the market there in Jackson and pay 120-140k. I had a friend start there a couple years ago at 120k. May have gone up.

I’ve heard Daniel Coker will start first years around 80k but I think it’s 1950-2000 billable.

Pretty sad hourly rate once you break it down (assuming you bill those hours ethically).

Not at MS but have friends that are (NYC office). At VP level you're probably looking at $300-$350k all in, at Executive Director level you're looking at $400-$450k all in.

Sorry, I misunderstood OP's question. The information I provided was for Morgan Stanley. I don't have any information about Mississippi.
