Goodwin has yet to confirm a match. Their Vacation benefit was announced a day prior to Milbank's announcement.

Goodwin didn't match, but they offered us a vacation paid for by the firm...... if we meet hour requirements + preference to highest billers.

I feel like my flight just got canceled and I got a travel voucher.
they explicitly declined to match, or they announced vacations without commenting on raise? b/c those are very different things

This is extremely misleading, because Goodwin built this program out weeks ago and announced it before Milbank even announced the salary raise. One has nothing to do with the other. And I'm sure Goodwin will match the salary scale. Chill.

Yep, literally 99% of firms that matched last time will match this time. That's clear when good but non-elite firms like CWT/MWE/FF match quickly. That's pretty much the sign to stop caring and go back to enjoying life, because everyone is in for the ride. I'd worry if CSM announced a raise and then only DPW, S&C, KE, Latham, etc. V10 matched in the next week and you were hearing radio silence from the Goodwin's/CWT/MWE/etc. of the world.

Can anyone confirm if people beyond c/o 20214 are getting an equivalent 20k+ bump? E.g., if you're already making 375k as a class of 2013, are firms making sure to increase you to 395k? That seemed to happen last round but curious.

Confirmed. Retroactive to January 1 but will be reflected on February paycheck, not January's.

Work at Foley & Lardner; I expect they will match but they'll slow roll and not announce matching until mid-summer - that way they don't have to raise salaries that are about to go into effect next month - so it buys them time. They screwed me on my bonus so I fully expect them to be cheap here, too.

What part of "match news only" do you not understand? There's a perfectly good other thread for this kind of debate (viewtopic.php?f=23&t=311772) but we're trying to keep this one to news only.

This is why we can't have nice things.

What do you not understand about anon being for posts that contain at least a modicum of personal information? From your shoes, I wouldn't be too hard on how much others understand things.
