About to lateral. For those who have lateraled during remote, any tips to get integrated?

Same. Interested to hear thoughts. I'm at a V50 on the transactional side and feel sorry for those who lateral to my firm. Partners are so slammed that they make no effort to meet the laterals and have no idea who they are. And I feel like we're just hiring any warm body given the volume we are facing.
