Generally: Dentons, Cades, Goodsill, and Carlsmith, in no particular order. There are many well-regarded small firms too. The Chambers practice area rankings are pretty accurate.

What sort of grades would they be looking for from a t6 with connections?

What kind of connections? T6 with ties to Hawaii should get you a screener at those firms (regardless of grades).
