Chance for a cost of living raise in 2022?

Inflation up another 7% over the past year...think we get another one like last June?

Little chance.

Associate salaries are strongly related to the supply/demand of associates (retention), the supply/demand for legal services, etc.

I think the relation to larger macroeconomic forces is very weak.
